It’s Always Smart to Educate Yourself
There is a wealth of information out there and not all of it can be trusted. Much of the information in blogs and on websites don’t list the facts. They are largely someone’s opinion, are parroting someone else’s beliefs or are just a trend. Stick to the facts! You can find the facts through certified health professionals educated in nutrition and organizations that are supported through non-biased research. When hearing about research in the news, find out who funded the study and how their interests might be driving the results. Those with big budgets will stop at nothing. Resorting to deceptive advertising practices and financed studies intended to turn misinformation into profit. Be smart and don’t be easily deceived.
